Honda Civic 'bully' Quek Zhen Hao (above), who is accused of thuggish behaviour on the roads here, was charged in court on Wednesday (May 14).
The 25-year-old student faced two counts of rash driving and one count of behaving in a threatening manner to one of his victims.
The case has been adjourned to May 29.
If convicted of rash driving, he can be jailed up to six months and fined up to $1,000 for each count. If found guilty of displaying threatening behaviour, he can be fined up to $2,000.
