TransCab stands by crash cabby who claims he is prone to memory lapses after 2012 accident

The cabby who was involved in an accident on May 21 should not be driving if he has a medical condition, said MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC Ang Hin Kee, who is in the Government Parliamentary Committee for Transport.
